In recent times, it has been difficult to keep residents as closely connected to their families as we would prefer. AVA introduces the ability for a family member or other caretaker to stay up-to-date on community activities, and their loved one’s personal information - such as meal orders, activity sign-ups, and day-to-day information about their wellbeing. 

All family sharing is optional and secured.  AVA can share as much or as little as you and your residents choose to.  Some have even allowed family members to order meals or request service on behalf of their resident-parents. Others choose to only notify family members when certain activities or requests are recorded.  AVA gives you the control.
