AVA Senior Living Hires Rebekah Sharpe as President

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – (Jan. 4, 2023) Communication tool designed by senior living administrators and residents, AVA Senior Living, hires Rebekah Sharpe as president. 

Sharpe is a product strategy and operations expert with over 20 years of healthcare information technology experience. She demonstrated her expertise by developing healthcare IT startups from concept to scale, creating excellent user experiences through user-centered design and leading operational departments.  

“Rebekah’s numerous successes in the healthcare IT world make her a wonderful asset to AVA,” founder Ray Steele, Jr. said. “Her leadership will aid us in bringing people closer together and connecting them to the information they need through AVA’s easy-to-use technology.”   

Sharpe also served as chief operating officer at Ntracts, Inc., a leading cloud-based enterprise software application. In this role, she regularly practices operations management and healthcare consulting. Previously, she was a partner of the premier investment group Transparency Health where she gained relevant experience in healthcare technology and SaaS applications.  

At MediTract, where Sharpe led operations for over 17 years, she played an integral role in the company's success and growth, including as vice president of operations.  

Sharpe is a board member of the Chattanooga Co-Lab. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in healthcare administration and is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHCP).
